The Loadster, a four-wheeled e-cargo bike, is a citkar product. It enables delivery services and transport through city traffic to be greener and more efficient. Early maintenance and road safety are essential for the reliable use of the Loadster. Citkar was looking for a suitable solution to have a digital overview.
Solution
In order to be able to offer more reliability and quality assurance, citkar now relies on Drive & Track. Information is processed in the digital loose-leaf binder, the IoT Cloud. The online portal now shows the distance covered and the speed at which the vehicle was driven.
Customer benefit
Citkar was able to improve the reliability of their e-cargo bikes and prevent breakdowns. Quality control and the replacement of components can now be done more time-efficiently. By using the Loadster, the customer can save an average of 93.75% emissions over 100 kilometers compared to a car with a combustion engine while simultaneously conserving the environment.
