Supply Chain Due Diligence Obligations

Compliance with legal regulations, values, and obligations forms the foundation of our actions. Everyone can contribute to protecting the company from harm. To address grievances and misconduct as a company, we need to be informed about them.

We therefore want to provide all stakeholders with the opportunity to report potential legal or regulatory violations easily and, if necessary, anonymously through our whistleblowing portal TellMe. This includes reports of human rights or environmental risks, restrictions on freedom of expression, or violations along our supply chain—whether stemming from the actions of our employees within our business operations or from our suppliers or business partners.
